Students went outside to the courtyard and learned how we will be documenting the weather in the upcoming weeks. Each day two students will go to the courtyard and document what the sky looks like, clouds, temperature, wind, etc.
Students began a new unit, Air and Weather. We talked about the 4 components that make up weather and how scientists measure them.
We also got our new weather journals and decorated them. Students earned a free day. They chose to watch a video. We watched the Magic School Bus "Goes To Seed".
