Students finished their plants in soil experiment and we prepped for our e-learning needs. Your students will be bringing plants home to care for over the e-learning. We will be using these plans in our e-learning lessons, so please put them in the window and continue to water them until students get more directions from me.

Students observed their plants growing in different types of soil and measured their height. They also had an interactive nearpod lesson on food chains and the components of a food chain.

Students planted rye grass seeds in three types of soil- sand, potting soil and a mixture of sand and potting soil to find out which type of soil is best for plants to grow.
