Students learned about the three main types of joints that allow our bodies to move: ball and socket, hinge and gliding. We identified joints in our body and the type of joint it is.

Homework due tomorrow: Take a Tour of the Skeletal System part 1 and 2, make sure you have a friend help you with something and write down who helped you and how they helped you. Students continue to investigate the skeletal system by completing a puzzle of bones to make a complete skeleton.
Homework- in email- Take a Tour of the Skeletal System part 1- also students need to ask at least one 5th grader for help on their homework. They can ask for clarification on directions, help if they are stumped on a question, to compare answers if they think they are done. They have to document who they talked to and how that person helped them. Due Friday Students began the human body unit with counting our bones and trying to figure out how many bones are in each part of our body. We found that Hashem made us very proportional.

Students earned a free day and they voted to play kahoot and clever crazes. No homework Students took their test today over Structures and Properties of Matter. We also took a pre-assessment for our next unit, Human Body.
