We began our weather and sky unit by brainstorming what we already know about the weather. Then we looked at the sky and drew what we saw.

Students drew detailed pictures of an object they chose. Their drawings were supposed to help the other student that got their paper find their object.
Students read "What is a scientist?" by Barbara Lehn. We drew pictures of ourselves as scientists.
Students enjoyed viewing the partial eclipse today before it began raining.
Welcome Back!! Kindergarten science began today. Students met Mr. Flo, our Eli Lily coach that comes a few times a month to help us in science class. We also learned about the upcoming eclipse and made pin hole projectors.

General Information:
Kindergarten students have science twice a week on Tuesday from 1:30-2pm and Friday from 3-3:30pm. Kindergarten students do not have science homework or tests. Kindergarten Science Units:
