Students made a chick hatching out of an egg craft. We also candled the eggs again. We hope for hatching to begin Wednesday.

We are a week away from hopefully having chicks hatching out of the eggs in the incubator. Today we made a book showing the chick development.
Students continue to learn about the eggs and chickens.
Excitement over having the eggs incubating continues. We learned about male and female chickens and what kind of animals hatch from eggs.
We began incubating our chicken eggs during Kindergarten science today. Students helped place the eggs in the incubator and we learned about incubation. |
