Students talked about living and non living things and what living things do and need. We sorted pictures of living and non living things.
Students finished their staying cool experiments. We began a new unit "Living Things and Their Needs".
Students began creating their invention to keep their earth material cool by either blocking the light or cooling the air.
Students brainstormed ways to stay cool when it is warm outside. We are preparing for an experiment.

General Information:
Kindergarten students have science twice a week on Tuesday from 1:30-2pm and Friday from 3-3:30pm. Kindergarten students do not have science homework or tests. Kindergarten Science Units:
