Students began a new unit about landforms. We took a virtual walk around the building looking for changes in the school, playground and courtyard over time.

4th graders took their test over Sun, Moon, and Stars. They took their test on paper and on the computer.
Students received their tests back before we left on Wednesday. Please ask your child to see their test. Students reviewed for their science test by playing kahoot.

Homework due Friday- Night Sky Log for this week Any missing work is due Monday or it will be a zero on the report card. Students reviewed the phases of the moon and put the phases in order. We made a model to help us remember the order of the phases.
Homework due Friday- Night Sky Log for this week Students continue to learn about shadows and how they indicate the position of the sun in the sky. Today we focused on seasonal changes of where the sun is in the sky and how that changes our shadows.
