Please remind your student to study over the weekend. Students went over the study guide for the test they will have over the moon (including the phases of the moon and the moon's affect on earth).

Homework- Night Sky Log due Friday for M-Th Students worked on two cut and paste sheets today showing the phases of the moon.
Homework- Night Sky Log for 9/11-9/14 due Friday Students made a moon pop up book by coloring the moon phases and then putting them in order.
No homework Students continue to review and reinforce the moon's phases. Today we used oreo cookies and the white frosting inside to show the phases of the moon in order. We enjoyed eating our "phases of the moon" when we finished.
Homework due Friday- Night Sky Observation sheet for 9/4-9/7 Students continue to review the moon phases. Today we investigated if the moon rotates or not.
